What is the best way to burn my Glasshouse Fragrances candle?

To ensure an even burn, always trim the wick to 7mm before lighting and allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass on every burn. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to say that our products are not tested on animals. Our formulations are vegan-friendly and free from parabens, PEGs, and silicones.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

What is your return policy for online purchases?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.

Can I reuse my glass candle jars?

Absolutely. Once 10mm of wax remains, discontinue use and clean the jar with warm soapy water. Our beautiful glass vessels are designed to be repurposed as vases, beauty organizers, or storage.
